The Groundhog Give Us A Fashion Forecast!

“Yes, I predict weather … and fashion!”

 

February 2 marks the day we wait for our little furry friend to predict how many more weeks of winter we will have. I wonder what else we could find out if we trusted animal instincts to tell us about what the future holds in other areas! hmmm…

 
Surely we know that there will be a weather report – and yes Spring will come early…BUT could Mr. Hog give us a fashion forecast for the weeks ahead?!…Of Course!
 
Here are some casual suggestions Mr. Hog and I came up with to help you weather the storm! 
 
LADIES:
  
Key item: blazer. Match this with a pale dress and tights, accent with light accessories.
Waterfall Blazers, sailor shorts, thigh high socks – with or without tights depending on weather

 GUYS:  

Light color sweaters, work boots, and dark denim!

 

Light scarves, long-sleeve button downs, and caramel/brown hats & leather accessories

 

Hopefully these helpful tips will assist you in figuring out what clothes to, and not to put away for the season! With predictions from our trusted fuzzy friend – we can rummage through our closets for the next few months with at least some direction!

H&M Available Online! AND in Plus!

I know it’s a 4hr out-of-town trip for me to get my H&M shopping fix, but sooner than later my voyage for fashion euphoria will be a quick walk to my laptop!

For all you H&M lovers – get ready – This Swedish retail will now be available ONLINE!

“H&M has decided to have online shopping in the US at the turn of the year 2011/2012! Stay tuned for more,” the company Tweeted.

  The company has also reinstated it’s exclusive PLUS division called “Inclusive” that will also be available online!

I think I just might begin saving my fashion pennies now! This is going to be the best New Years EVER! =)

It’s Girl Scout Cookie Season! This is the time of year you’ll find Thin Mints, Carmel Delights and Samoas begin to magically appear in offices, cupboards, and pocket books across America . It’s also a time of year when young girls can learn to be entrepreneurs; with MoM spearheading the operation – demanding co-workers and family to make cookie purchase – these kids are bound for success!

The Steeler Twins head to the Superbowl!

Twins?!

Mike Tomlin…. and Omar Epps…

One played with heart and the other played for  his heart! But none the less – these two men look so identical they had to have been separated at birth! I don’t know … Pappa may have been a rolling stone…haha

How have these twins contributed to fashion you ask???

Mike has introduced a new colorway to our wardrobes (you know what it is): “Black and Yellow, Black and Yellow”.

And Omar has shown us that comfort is a new trend – from ‘House’ scrubs to b-ball shorts, it’s all about having an outfit that’s mobile!

Either way these two young men are truly penetrating their industries!
