Somebody Pop Those Cherries!!

Please just leave this to Gaga!

::SM Subscribers:: – what the heck!?

Either she didn’t have a mirror at home.. or someone lied to her. There is no other excuse.

I understand being bold and different – but leave this look to editorial shoots…

You would have been fine in just the vail and a unique up-do that takes the place of those obnoxious cherries! Oh yeah, and the gold ‘chandies’ have to go!

Is it just me? What do you think?

Something “Fishy” going on with Marc Jacobs| Fall 2011

Apparently Marc Jacobs found Nemo when discussing the concepts for his Fall 2011 RTW collection. With scale-like skirt designs, fish-structured silhouettes, and speckled polka dot patterns, we certainly know where he drew his inspiration! The runway was even reminiscent of a tropical ocean!

The  mixing of fabric textures, weights, and sheens has been a trending concept among designers this season. So I was not surprised to see that Marc Jacobs had also incorporated these elements in his own collection.

The Marc Jacobs School of Fish is now open! Will you enroll??

To catch the full collection go to www.nymag.com!
