So I was roaming around style.com (getting ready to begin selecting my favorite selections of the “C” designers) and happened to come across this Chanel bag! Chanel, known for being classy and sophisticated… came out with a bag that seamed to me as more cosmopolitan! This Lego shaped clutch was certainly a unique accent to the collection – quite the eye catcher!

Even though they never left the ground, every passenger on board got a first class seat at the Chanel Couture 2012 Fashion Show! The runway was filled with a sky blue to deep-sea color palette, sequins; blouson sleeves; crop & mid length jackets; wide collars; dropped waistlines; and of course the Chanel silhouette. My favorite part about the collection was that 82.9% of the dresses, had pockets! Sequins dress…pockets. Two piece skirt suit… pockets. Formal gown….pockets. When doing my daily review of “What’s happening in fashion”, I was ever so amused by a photo feature on Vogue.com. It was posted at the beginning of NY Fashion Week, capturing the ‘Fashion Week Essentials’ needed for the grueling schedules of editors, stylists, models, designers and more. Once Vogue and The Coveteur (a new website) got the list of fashion key players, they asked them to assemble their essentials for a portrait shot by Jake Rosenberg.
By linking up with The Coveteur, Vogue was able to really showcase some ‘enviable and informative’ photos!
