And the Winner is… Me! | NYFW w/ E! News
It’s been a long six months for the final four E! Style Contributor contestants.
In that time frame they’ve been narrowed down from hundreds, competed in fashion styling challenges at the E! News studios and have worked alongside TRESemmé hair pros to create and report on some of the hottest celeb styles and hair trends. The final four have already traveled from near and far to attend Miami Swim Week, but only the winner will gain backstage access to the most exclusive shows at New York Fashion Week next week.
So who won the E! Style Contributor competition in partnership with TRESemmé? Drumroll, please…
Congratulations Stacee Michelle, you’re our new E! Style Contributor!
Here’s what the judges had to say:
“I really like Stacee’s overall energy and on-camera presence. She is cool and collected while still maintaining her natural charm, personality and sense of style.” – John D, TRESemmé Hairstylist
“Firstly, her on-camera presence is the most engaging. She’s the most natural of all the contestants. Her personality really shines through and you can tell she’s enthusiastic about the content itself. Additionally, her interview questions carry real weight because she, obviously, does her homework. Her knowledge and research comes across and cements her as a pro.” – Catt Sadler, E! News Host
“Stacee’s excitement and sincerity is refreshing. I’m looking forward to watching her take on NYFW because her cheerful vibe is contagious.” – Cinya Burton, E! News Senior Editor

E! News | How to Get the Perfect Beach Wave | Miami Swim Week
Miami Swim Week has come and gone, but don’t worry, we picked up a few beauty tips while we were there.
If you’ve ever been to Miami or somewhere else equally as humid in the middle of summer, you’ve probably struggled to find a hairstyle that’s low maintenance but not out of control. Lucky for E! Style Contributor finalist Stacee Michelle, who had a busy schedule stacked with pre-parties, runways shows and interviews, Tresemmé stylist John D helped her out with the perfect beach wave style that stayed put all night long.
The secret? Prepping damp hair with product, like Botanique Nourish & Replenish Hydrating Mist, before you blow dry. Toss some waves in with a curling iron and a flat iron (yes both!) and you’ve nailed the look.
To check out Stacee’s soft waves up close and for a peek at how well they held up at the Miami Swim Week kickoff party, watch the video above!
