‘Rowland’ up the Dumbells!

Kelly Rowland backstage at BCBG looking quite diesel!

Is that Kelly Rowland or Serena Williams!?

Hmm..either this was just a bulking camera angle, or Kelly has been pumping some iron! The girl who used to be toothpick skinny is now rocking with Olympic athletes!

“Can you pay my bills?”

She has definitely been racking up the trainer and gym fee’s for sure!

I ain’t mad atcha’ Kelly!

Going ‘GaGa’ over Vogue! …Not so much…

Lady Gaga graces the cover of Vogue magazine this month and she is certainly not getting to many hoots and hollers from this corner.

I adore the clothes, styling, and love the concept, but Gaga just looks so disconnected from these photos. I think we all need to say a few prayers and grab a life-preserver because I think Gaga has fallen off the deep end!

You are awesome at creating, producing, performing, and singing … get lost in the music the right way L.G….

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the spread subscribers!

Coca-Cola is Fashioned for the Heart!

Diet Coke for the Heart!

I bet you would never think that Coca-Cola would be such a huge advocate for wellness, but they have been for quite sometime! To bring heart health into the spotlight during February, American Heart Month, Diet Coke and Heidi Klum have joined forces to promote healthier lifestyle choices for women through an array of events and programs.

Brand Ambassador Heidi Klum

On Wednesday, February 9, 2011 @ 7 p.m., The Heart Truth will open Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week with its annual Red Dress Collection Fashion Show. As the runway lights shine on the generous participation of celebrities and designers, we will showcase the power of the Red Dress in encouraging women to protect their heart health. The Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection 2011 is presented by Diet Coke with national sponsor Swarovski and partners Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and AOL Inc… (NHLBI)

Want to support? Buy one of your favorite celebrity dresses!

 Visit: www.clothesoffourback.org

Auction proceeds benefit the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health and will be used to further efforts related to women’s heart health awareness and research.

Other ways to contribute: wear red once a week, accessorize with a heart awareness pin, or support local non-profit organizations at American Heart Month events.

Supporting the community through education, awareness, and empowerment… you are greatness already happening!
