And the Winner is… Me! | NYFW w/ E! News

It’s been a long six months for the final four E! Style Contributor contestants.

In that time frame they’ve been narrowed down from hundreds, competed in fashion styling challenges at the E! News studios and have worked alongside TRESemmé hair pros to create and report on some of the hottest celeb styles and hair trends. The final four have already traveled from near and far to attend Miami Swim Week, but only the winner will gain backstage access to the most exclusive shows at New York Fashion Week next week.

So who won the E! Style Contributor competition in partnership with TRESemmé? Drumroll, please…

Congratulations Stacee Michelle, you’re our new E! Style Contributor!

Here’s what the judges had to say:

“I really like Stacee’s overall energy and on-camera presence. She is cool and collected while still maintaining her natural charm, personality and sense of style.” – John D, TRESemmé Hairstylist

“Firstly, her on-camera presence is the most engaging. She’s the most natural of all the contestants. Her personality really shines through and you can tell she’s enthusiastic about the content itself. Additionally, her interview questions carry real weight because she, obviously, does her homework. Her knowledge and research comes across and cements her as a pro.” – Catt Sadler, E! News Host

“Stacee’s excitement and sincerity is refreshing. I’m looking forward to watching her take on NYFW because her cheerful vibe is contagious.” – Cinya Burton, E! News Senior Editor

Tracy Reese | Fall 14′ Collection Review

The Tracy Reese Fall 14′ collection was wearable and functional! It offered looks perfect for every woman’s lifestyle. Signature party dresses and full flounce skirts were featured in geometric and photo-real prints that looked great on each silhouette. Reese added everyday separates to her line-up that made this collection easy to wear right off the runway! Pull-over sweaters or outerwear jackets looked great paired with full skirts and herringbone trousers. Check out a glimpse of the collection below:

DID YOU KNOW?!:

Style.com said that Reese’s flair for functionality made her a natural ambassador for Tide’s new Washable Fashion initiative in partnership with the CFDA, for which Reese created two full runway looks meant to be washed with Tide Pods. Saving time and money on dry cleaning is a proposition that will surely resonate with Reese’s contemporary customers.

Ode to the Poodle! Isaac Mizrahi Fall 2011 mix breed…Fashion-Poo!

Designers are certainly taking a walk on the wild side with these Fall 2011 shows.. Anna Sui with cats and now Isaac Mizrahi with poodles!

When growing up I owned a poodle (R.I.P Snoopy) so I was too thrilled to find that these amazing designs were accompanied by my favorite pooch!

If 2011 is like this… I’m interested to know what 2012 will bring! See the rest of the collection here!

Cats On the Catwalk! | Anna Sui Fall 2011

The CAt and the HAT!

The runway for Anna Sui’s Fall 2011 RTW show was definitely ‘the catwalk’ as models sashayed her latest designs while wearing  furry-feline accessories!

What I really loved about Anna Sui’s collection was the unique usage of compliments…

The jeweled pendants, the graphic tights, the darish prints and colors, and of course the furry ‘cat-hats’!

Thank you Anna Sui for broadening out horizons on style and exposing us to something different!

You are greatness already happening!

 Best,

::Stacee Michelle::
